To resolve the error, Sorry, you don't have appropriate permissions. Click logout below to try logging in as a different user, follow the instructions below.
Log in to Access Ledger and select the required entity.
Select the Accounting Period, then the Information tab.
Click on the File Settings cog wheel at the top right-hand side of the screen.
Select the entity then log in to Zap Data Hub.
You will then be redirected to the connection.
Search for the entity, then click Set.
Select the accounting period then click LOAD DATA.
A pop-up message displays once the data has been successfully loaded from the connection.
Important: Users need access to Zap Data Hub as a report user and log in regularly to refresh the token, approximately every 90 days.
