To change the number of decimal places shown in the reports in Access Ledger follow the instructions below:
Log in to Access Ledger.
Click on the username in the top right corner and choose Admin Centre.
Under the reporting header, select Report Styles.
Click on Custom Formatting.
Enter the number of decimal places, this will be the standard number of decimal places to display when rendering a report.
Tick the box for This is the Default Report Style if this is a permanent change.
Click Save and Close.
