Access Ledger - Add beneficiary information in Access Ledger

To enter beneficiary details in Access Ledger, you'll need to add them as responsible persons for the entity. Here's how:

  1. Log in to Access Ledger and select the required entity.

  2. Click Edit Client Entity (pencil icon) or select Edit Entity from the File Settings menu.

  3. In the Entity dialogue window, scroll to the Responsible Person Details section.

  4. Click Add Person to create a new entry.

  5. Enter the beneficiary's details:
    • First Name.
    • Last Name.
    • Email address.
    • Select the Signing checkbox if they're an authorised signatory.

  6. Save your changes after entering the beneficiary information.
