Access Ledger - Account is inactive in Access Ledger

If an Access Ledger invitation was sent to a staff member which has not been activated for more than five days, a new invitation will be required.

  1. Log in to Access Ledger as the Administrator user.

  2. Click on the username in the top right corner, then select Admin Centre.

  3. Under the Organisation section, click on Users.

  4. Locate the user, then click the pencil (edit) icon.

  5. From the Status list select Resent Invite.

  6. If successful, the status will update to pending.

  7. Advise the user to check their emails and activate the invitation.
