To help your clients send data in the right format for Access Ledger, you can provide them with the Excel template below. The template lets your clients quickly supply a Trial Balance or Journal in the format your firm prefers when using the Access Ledger Excel Addin feature.
Download the template and let your client know which format you want them to use. The options are:
3 column.
4 column.
5 column.
6 column.
Select Excel Import Template for Accountants clients, then select Download at the top of the screen. The Excel template includes an instructions sheet along with a sheet for each format.
