The type of report selected allows users to customise what information is visible in the report. To display the gross margin amount in the Statement of Profit and Loss follow these steps:
Log in to Access Ledger.
Select the entity, then select the Accounting Period.
Click Reports.
Select the Statement of Profit and Loss and add the Accounting Period to the report columns area.
Under the pages area, click Customise.
From the Layout Option drop-down menu select EBITDA Analysis then click Generate Report.
Export to PDF, Excel or Word, or Save and Close.
