This error is generated when adding a new user in Access Ledger and there are no remaining user licenses.
How many user licenses remain?
Log in to Access Ledger as the administrator.
Click the username in the top right corner, then select Admin Center.
Go to Users.
At the top right corner in the user window, the system displays the number of users used and those remaining.
If an additional user license is required, contact Sales.
