You will see the error ‘Sorry, you do not appear to be registered for Access Ledger. If this is in error, or you would like to be registered, please contact Access support or sales’, when Access Ledger needs to be reauthorised.
Follow the steps below to reauthorise Access Ledger in the Integration Server.
Log in to Access Integration with the Administrator login details
In the Product Setup window select the cog wheel to the right of the Enable button.
Select Authorise at the bottom right of the screen.
