The Block option stops information from moving between HandiSoft and the Integration Server. When it is turned on, the Integration Server will not accept any requests or sync data.
You will only ever use this to help troubleshoot an issue. A HandiSoft Technical Support Engineer will tell you when to turn it on and when to turn it off.
Important: This process must be done by the Administrator.
Enable the block option
Log in to the Integration Server.
Click on the cog wheel for the applicable program.
Click in the Block box, then click Save.
