This error may generate when trying to import HandiLedger data, add a new entity, make changes to existing entities or add/modify users.
Reauthorise the application
With the Administrator login go to the Admin Center.
Select Integration Server under the Configuration heading.
Select Reconnect.
A new pop-up window will be displayed, read the condition and then select Allow.
Enter your email address and password.
The application is now reconnected and reauthorised in Access Ledger.
If you still receive errors, log in as administrator into Integration Server, and then follow these steps:
Log in to Integration Server as the Administrator.
Click on the Product Setup on the left.
Next to Access Ledger, click on the cog wheel icon.
If it shows reauthorization required, Press Authorize.
