Access Ledger - Something went wrong. Please contact support if the issue persists in Access Ledger

When importing HandiLedger data into Access Ledger, users may receive the message, 'Something went wrong. Please contact support if the issue persists.' This can occur if one or more of the years being imported have no transactional data.

  1. Log in to HandiLedger and select the entity and year.

  2. From the View menu, click Transactions to check if there is any data for the year.

  3. Repeat for each year.

  4. If the Transactions screen is blank, you cannot import that year into Access Ledger.

  5. Determine which years have data, as only these years can be exported.

  6. Go to Tools, select Copy Selected Entity to Disk, Windows HandiLedger Data.

  7. Tick only the years that have data, then click Save.
