If users see a blank screen when they lodge in to Access Ledger, clear your browser cache, then restart your browser.
Clear the cache in Chrome
On your computer, open Chrome.
At the top right, click the three-dot icon.
Click More tools and then Clear browsing data.
At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
Tick the boxes next to Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
Click Clear data.
Close and re-open your browser.
Clear the cache in Edge
On your computer, open Edge.
Click on Settings and more, Settings and Privacy and services.
Under Clear browsing data, click on what you would like to clear.
Choose a time range from the Time range drop-down menu.
Choose the types of data you want to clear, for example, you may want to remove browsing history and cookies but keep passwords and form-fill data.
Click Clear data.
Close and re-open your browser.
